Service Description

It is important to have a mold reassessment after your remediation service to insure that the mold was removed, and the identified moisture issue has been resolved. Depending on the building's circumstances, it maybe necessary to have the HVAC tested before it is used. It is important to remember that the results of sampling may have limited use or application. Pre- and post-remediation sampling may also be useful in determining whether remediation efforts have been effective. This service includes 2 samples. Additional samples are $62.00 per sample.
