Service Description

It is important to have a post-remediation verification inspection to ensure that the mold was removed, and the identified moisture issue has been resolved. Depending on your circumstances, you may need to have your HVAC tested before it is used. The need for surface and or air sampling is at the discretion of the property owner but is strongly recommended by this firm. This service includes one sample. Additional samples are $80.00 per sample. Pre- and post-remediation sampling may also be useful in determining whether remediation efforts have been effective.
