Service Description

A residential moisture assessment for homes up to 4,000 square feet includes a 3-hour non-invasive visual inspection with the use of infrared thermal imaging, protimeter, hydrometer readings, and a detailed report. This service fee includes a site visit, a moisture assessment, and one swab fungal analysis. Additional samples are $80.00 each.
